  1. Conditions Applicable

2.1    All orders for a Course shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase a Course pursuant to these Conditions.

2.2    Booking of a Course shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyers acceptance of these conditions.

  1. The Fee, Payment and Cancellations

3.1    The Course Fee shall be the Seller’s quoted price or the price prevailing at the time of the order. The Course Fee is exclusive of VAT, which shall be due at the rate prevailing on the date of the Seller’s invoice.

3.2    Payment of the Course Fee and VAT shall be due on booking of the course through the website unless otherwise agreed.

3.3    Course Fee includes charge of Course Literature and distribution. All course manuals are copyright.

3.4    IICRC examination Fees are in addition to the Course Fees. Examination fees are payable at the time that the examination is taken on face to face courses or on registration with online courses. All IICRC subsequent annual subscriptions / applications must be made directly to the IICRC.

3.5    Only one offer can be used in conjunction with each booking.

3.6    Due to an increase in the number of postponements and last minute cancellations which increases the Flood School’s costs the following conditions have been introduced:-

  1. For cancellations received less than 10 working days of the course date then 100% of the course fee will be lost, however, you can substitute the student for another at no additional cost.

  1. If you wish to transfer your booking to an alternative date there will be no charge, unless this is within 10 working days of the course start date, then there will be an administration charge of £50 + VAT.

These charges are because many students commit to flights & hotels and may lose their money if the course is postponed due to insufficient students attending, where possible we compensate them for this if we have postponed the course.

  1. Cancellation by the Seller

4.1    It is at the Sellers discretion to cancel, change dates, times and location up to 5 working days before the Commencement Date of any Course. In such circumstances where attendees cannot accommodate new arrangements a full refund shall be given.
