Yes a light lunch is provided; please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions. Hot and cold refreshments are also provided throughout the day.

Casual clothing with flat shoes should be worn for all practical courses in the flood house, something that is comfortable for you to move about in. Protective coveralls and wellies will be provided where necessary.

Each course has its own start and finish time so please check when booking.

However, most courses begin at 09.00hrs and finish at approximately 17.30hrs so arrival from 8.30am to start promptly would be appreciated and please do not book flights home on the last day of the course without talking to us first as exams at the end of some course days can start late which impacts the finish time.

Everything you need will be provided.

Payment is made at the time of booking through the website, until full payment has been received the booking is not confirmed. If you have any problems with using the website please contact us. For any bespoke courses or large bookings please contact us in the first instance and we will give options for payments.

All class materials will be available in your members area 14 days before the course start date unless you are coming to a face to face course where we will provide hard copies on arrival to the course.

The exam fee is paid to the examining body, the IICRC, and not the Flood School. Full guidance is given on how to register and pay on booking the course.

If you are attending a face to face course at our facilities in Wallingford you can find the map and detailed photos of how to find us on the business park here. Please check your booking for confirmation of how the course is delivered whether by Zoom, face to face or if there are any other locations, that the address is shown.

Please ensure you have a camera and microphone enabled for all IICRC courses. The instructor must verify that students attended every session and they can only do that if your presence is seen. We encourage students to be on camera and use their microphone on non IICRC courses too as interaction greatly improves everyone’s experience.

For any other query do please contact us.
