Exam requirements
Below are the technology requirements for the Online Test Portal.
- You must use ONLY ONE MONITOR.
- You can only use a computer or laptop running either Windows 10+ or MacOS 10.15+. You cannot take the exams from a: Chromebook, Tablet or Mobile Device (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android device, etc).
- Be sure your computer software is up to date.
- Please shut down your computer and restart before entering the exam and DO NOT OPEN OTHER APPLICATIONS on your computer other than this exam.
- You must use an updated version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. NO OTHER BROWSERS MAY BE USED.
- Minimum internet upload/download speed of 2 Mbps.
- You must disable your Pop-Up blocker.
- You must have a working webcam and microphone.
- MAC Users: Screen sharing is disabled by default and must be enabled before you begin your exam. If you are unsure how to enable your screen share, click here -> Turn Mac screen sharing on or off
- Windows Users: Your browser must be allowed to request access for both the camera as well as the microphone.
